Manufacturing, selling, or distributing counterfeit, imitation, or adulterated versions of DivyaYajurveda products is a serious legal offence and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Selling DivyaYajurveda products below the Minimum Retail Price (MRP) or above the Maximum Retail Price without prior written authorization from the company is strictly prohibited.
Promoting, operating, or participating in pyramid schemes, chain marketing, Ponzi structures, or any other fraudulent recruitment-based business model using DivyaYajurveda's name is strictly forbidden.
Creating or distributing misleading, deceptive, or defamatory marketing materials - including false testimonials, doctored images, or fabricated certifications - is strictly prohibited.
Selling or distributing DivyaYajurveda products through unauthorised channels, without valid dealer/distributor agreement, or in violation of applicable Indian laws is strictly prohibited.
Using DivyaYajurveda's brand name, logo, trademarks, or intellectual property in any unauthorized manner - including on websites, social media, or marketing collateral - without prior written consent is prohibited.
Selling DivyaYajurveda products outside of your designated territory or region without written permission from the company is a violation of your distributor agreement and may result in termination.
