📋 Distributor Guidelines

Your Responsibilities as a DivyaYajurveda Distributor

As a DivyaYajurveda Wellness authorised distributor, you play a vital role in our mission to deliver authentic Ayurvedic wellness globally. These obligations ensure our shared success, brand integrity, and customer trust.

Authorised Sales Only

Distributors must sell only genuine DivyaYajurveda products purchased through official channels. Sale of products from unauthorised sources or third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.

Accurate Product Representation

Distributors must represent products honestly and accurately, using only company-approved marketing materials. No false health claims, misleading comparisons, or unapproved testimonials may be used in any promotional activity.

Maintain MRP Compliance

All products must be sold within the officially prescribed Maximum Retail Price (MRP). Distributors must not engage in price manipulation, predatory pricing, or offering illegal discounts that undermine the brand's market positioning.

Proper Storage & Handling

Products must be stored in clean, dry, temperature-appropriate conditions as specified on the product packaging. Improper storage leading to product degradation is the distributor's liability. All expiry dates must be strictly monitored.

Regulatory Compliance

Distributors must ensure full compliance with all applicable local, regional, and national laws governing the sale, storage, and transportation of Ayurvedic and health products in their designated territory. All required licenses must be maintained and kept current.

Customer Service Standards

Distributors are expected to maintain professional standards of customer service, promptly address customer complaints, and escalate unresolved issues to DivyaYajurveda's Grievance Cell. Customer satisfaction directly reflects on the brand.

Confidentiality

Distributors must maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary business information, pricing data, customer data, trade secrets, and business strategies shared by DivyaYajurveda Wellness. Breach of confidentiality will result in legal action.

Reporting & Transparency

Distributors must submit accurate sales reports, inventory statements, and financial data as requested by the company. Any suspected malpractice, counterfeit activity, or policy violation observed in the market must be reported immediately.

Territory Restrictions

Sales activity must remain within the assigned territory as defined in the Distributor Agreement. Cross-territory selling without prior written approval from the company is prohibited and constitutes a breach of contract.

Training & Product Knowledge

Distributors and their sales teams must attend mandatory product knowledge sessions and training programmes conducted by DivyaYajurveda Wellness. Adequate knowledge of product benefits, usage, and contraindications is essential for responsible selling.

Distributor Agreement

By signing the DivyaYajurveda Distributor Agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the obligations outlined above. Violation of any obligation may result in suspension or permanent termination of your distributorship.
